The "Saikou Loin" is available exclusively on the special experience course and is made with the finest Wagyu beef and served in a yakisuki style.As the owner personally cooks the food, reservations are limited to a maximum of 8 people.This is a special menu item available only by reservation, where you can enjoy the truffle eggs mixed with a bite of rice.Other dishes include Yukhoe, thick-cut salted raw tongue, meat sushi, and specially selected Wagyu beef! This premium course is well-balanced and enjoyable.The maximum stay time is also set to be longer.Recommended for anniversaries, business meetings, or a slightly luxurious evening.
